Paltel Boss to Take Over Zain's Merged Palestinian-Jordan Operations
The Zain Group has announced the appointment of Dr. Abdel Malik Al Jaber as CEO of the Zain Levant Region, which is made up of Zain Jordan and Palestine's Paltel - with immediate effect. Zain Takes Majority Stake in Palestinian Mobile Operator
Zain has announced that it is to take a majority stake in the Palestinian Telecommunications Company (Paltel) in a share swap deal. Zain will transfer its ownership of its Jordan subsidiary to Paltel in exchange for taking an equity shareholding of 56.53% in the enlarged company. more
