T-Mobile tops mobile broadband survey two quarters in a row

T-Mobile UK says that its Mobile Broadband service has been rated highest in more categories than any other mobile network operator in an independent yougov survey of 2,083 mobile broadband users. This latest survey also reveals T-Mobile's Mobile Broadband network coverage is most highly rated by consumers, a reflection of the investment T-Mobile has made in this area. The poll also found T-Mobile was best in a range of customer-centric categories, including getting connected, ease of use and installation, billing and was ranked joint first for customer services.  more
