Qualcomm and China's CK Telecom (Heyuan) Limited, an ODM and OEM for wireless terminal products, have entered into a subscriber unit and modem card/module license agreement (including PCB assemblies). Under the terms of the royalty bearing agreement, Qualcomm has granted CK Telecom a worldwide patent license to develop, manufacture and sell WCDMA and TD-SCDMA subscriber units and modem cards/modules.
