O2 Picks Up Two Supply Contracts

UK mobile operator, O2 has won a new trade supply contract and extended an existing agreement - after the roadside assistance organisation, the AA agreed to extend its contract until 2013. The contract will see O2 provide all mobile services for the AA's employees, including voice, data and BlackBerry connections.  more

Orange UK Suspends Sales of BlackBerry Bold due to Software Bugs

Orange UK has suspended sales of the BlackBerry Bold smartphone, citing software problems in the handset. Orange has previously had problems with some Nokia handsets when its own software conflicted with the built-in Nokia OS, and it is not clear at the moment if the problem is down to the BlackBerry OS, or integrating it with the Orange network.  more
