MTN funding Ugandan rural communications drive
MTN has paid the Uganda Communications Commission US$481,500 as it's contribution to the Rural Communications Development Fund (RCDF) for last year. The payment is an annual obligation to the UCC stipulated in the license, as a contribution towards the government's efforts to develop the communication sector in the rural areas. more
