Telecoms Charity Sends Aid to Congo
In an effort to support the agencies of the United Nations and non governmental organizations, a team of emergency telecommunications specialists was deployed from Télécoms Sans Frontières (tsf) headquarters in France to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The telecoms charity, Telecoms Sans Frontieres (tsf) has deployed emergency aid to the (North Atlantic Autonomous Region) following the recent path of Hurricane Felix. Since their arrival on the site, tsf's logisticians set up two telecommunication centres in Puerto Cabezas, a third one will open today in Sahasa to ensure a better coordination of relief (local authorities, UN Agencies, international and local NGOs). more
