Telecoms Charity Sends Aid to Congo

In an effort to support the agencies of the United Nations and non governmental organizations, a team of emergency telecommunications specialists was deployed from Télécoms Sans Frontières (tsf) headquarters in France to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The team reached the city of Dungu situated near the Sudanese border in the eastern province of this central African country Sunday.  more

Telecoms Charity Sends Aid to Honduras

Following heavy floods provoked by several days of torrential rain in Honduras, UNDAC (the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination) requested Télécoms Sans FrontièresÃ' (tsf) support. A tsf team will take off today from its Americas base in Managua, Nicaragua, a neighboring country situated South of Honduras.  more

Telecoms Charity Gets Free Placement on Formula 1 Race Car

AT&T is to mark the 10th anniversary of the founding of the telecoms charity, Télécoms Sans Frontières (tsf) through the placement of the charityÃ's logo on the AT&T Williams race car of Kazuki Nakajima during the Belgium Grand Prix weekend. AT&T has supported tsf since 2003 through an annual contribution to the first humanitarian organization specialised in providing emergency telecommunications and headquartered in France.  more
