Trade Bodies to Work on Cutting Mobile Content Revenue Losses

TM Forum and the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF) have announced the launch of a joint initiative to address the estimated US$5 billion in annual losses experienced by content suppliers across the mobile content value chain. These losses are attributable to incorrect reporting of revenue, and according to MEF calculations, comprise as much as 25 percent of the $18 billion mobile content services market.  more

Operators recover only a third of total identified revenue leakages

cVidya Networks has published the results of a Revenue Assurance Benchmark report carried out in collaboration between the TM Forum and cVidya Networks and based on the TM ForumÃ's 10 standard KPI methodology. Africa is the Next Frontier for Mobile Email Services

Mobile email vendor, Synchronica says that it is now running service trials with three mobile operators in Africa following the take up of licenses by two mobile operators in the continent.
