Easy Handset Settings for Swedish Operator

Telenor Sweden has gone live with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution from SmartTrust that will allow it to better manage subscriber access to data services such as MMS, Email, WAP and Push-to-Talk (PTT). Using SmartTrust's MDM solution SmartManage, the operator will be able to push the necessary service settings directly to the handset over-the-air (OTA). This removes the need for subscribers to manually enter service settings; instead Telenor Sweden (Mobile) subscribers can request a settings download via the operator's customer care centre or through a self-care web portal. more
