Telecom Italia Wins Court Ruling - Gets Access to Argentinian Subsidiary

A court in Argentina has ruled that the country's anti-trust body, the CNDC was wrong to block Telecom Italia from participating in board meetings held by its local subsidiary, Telecom Argentina.
