Starhome predicts data roaming usage increase - average of 35-45 percent

Roaming services provider, Starhome has predicted that solutions that stimulate roaming traffic and add new data subscribers will be in high demand in 2009. European Bank Lends to Brazilian Operator for GSM Expansion

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is lending a total of EUR 200 million to TIM Celular and its subsidiary TIM Nordeste for the expansion of their mobile digital communication networks in Brazil using 2G and 3G technologies.
