Namibia Imposes Sales Tax on Pre-Pay Top-Up Vouchers
Namibia's phone networks have started imposing taxes on sales of Pre-Pay top up vouchers following changes ordered by the government. The tax was expected to be introduced last September but procedure delays at the operators resulted in the delay until the beginning of this month. more
