Tata Teleservices to Increase Network Investment by $1 Billion

TTML crosses the 3 million subscribers mark in the Mumbai circle

­Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) has announced that its Mumbai circle operations had crossed the 3 million subscribers mark.
