Sony Ericsson Quarterly Profits Halved
Sony Ericsson has reported that its first-quarter profits nearly halved to just EUR11 million (US$15.75 million) from EUR21 million a year ago. Revenues also fell to EUR1.15 billion (US$1.65 billion) compared to EUR1.4 billion a year ago, and handset sales dropped to 8.1 million (from 10.5 million). more
