Nokia Denies Threat to Leave Finland

Nokia has denied claims that the company would consider moving its HQ out of Finland if current laws on electronic surveillance were not changed. Tele2 Names Replacement CEO

Tele2 has announced that Harri Koponen is to replace Lars-Johan Jarnheimer as President and CEO of the company from this August. Cukurova Sells Turkcell Stake to Repay Debts

Turkey's Cukurova has sold a 4.1 percent stake in Tueky's Turkcell for US$772 million in order to fund the repayment of debts. Teliasonera, which is a major shareholder in Turkcell is understood to have offered to buy the shares, but has not currently been allocated any. The purchase would move Teliasonera closer to its long held goal of taking control of Turkey's largest mobile operator.  more

Sonera Moves Email Servers to Avoid Swedish Spy Laws
