Russia's MTS (Mobile TeleSystems) has awarded LogicaCMG a US$7.3 million order, as part of the framework agreement signed with MTS in September last year. This new order builds on the first phase contract valued at US$5.6 million, which saw LogicaCMG upgrading MTS' existing LogicaCMG Short Message Service Centre (smsc), and the deployment of LogicaCMG Wireless Service Brokers (WSBs) and Multimedia Messaging Service Centres (MMSCs) in February this year. more
