Sisvel Lauches CDMA Patent Pool

Patent management firm, sisvel CDMA2000 has launched a new joint patent licensing program, or patent pool, offering a license to a collection of CDMA2000 patents. The portfolio of patents included in the program are owned by France Telecom; Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp; NTT DoCoMo; KPN and Siemens. sisvel will act on behalf of the patent owners as licensing administrator for the program.  more
