Chinese Telcos to Spend $1.6 Billion in Shanghai During 2010
China's three telecom networks, China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom, are to jointly invest RMB11 billion (US$1.6 billion) in shanghai this year, reports the official Xinhua news agency. The investment is to help develop the city into an information hub for the Asia-Pacific region. more
