O2 UK to Revamp its Retail Outlets

UK mobile operator, O2 has announced a program to revamp its own-brand retail outlets in the country. The company said that selected O2 stores will be sporting a fresh new look over the next few months and that as part of a multi-million pound campaign, 150 stores by the end of 2009 will undergo a complete re-fit.  more

O2 Stores to Sell Polaroid Cameraphone Printer

Polaroid has announced a retail partnership with UK mobile phone provider O2, following the launch of its PoGo Instant Mobile Printer in July. O2 will now sell the Polaroid PoGo and accessories in all of its 480 retail stores nationwide starting from next week.  more

O2 Confirms Winning Irish iPhone Exclusivity

O2 Ireland has confirmed that it will be the exclusive Irish carrier for Apple's iPhone when it makes its official debut in Ireland on March 14th. The iPhone will be sold in Ireland through O2 and Carphone Warehouse retail stores - as happens currently in the UK. iPhone will be available in an 8GB model for €399 (US$600) and a 16GB model for €499 (US$750).  more
