Ericsson achieves 0.5Gbps data rate with VDSL2-based broadband
Ericsson has performed the world's first live demonstration of a VDSL2-based technology achieving data transfer rates of more than 0.5Gbps. Motorola has signed a joint venture deal with China's Huawei to develop UMTS and HSPA infrastructure equipment.
