Reliance Announces Plans to Sell Stake in Tower Ops
India's Reliance Communications has announced plans to float a shade over 10% of its tower's subsidiary, Reliance Infratel on the local stock market. The sale is estimated by analysts to be aiming to raise between US$1.25-$1.5 billion for the company. The company filed its intention to launch the IPO with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
