Vodafone Spain and Qualcomm Use 3G to Improve Communications for the Elderly
The Vodafone Espaħa Foundation (FVE), the Spanish Red Cross (CRE) and qualcomm have announced an alliance to launch a pilot project named "3G Connecting Generations."
