Indosat Plans $360 Million Network Expansion Expenditure
Indonesian mobile operator, Indosat has outlined plans to spend US$360 million during 2009 on expanding its network and boost service quality. The company has set a CAPEX target for 2009 of US$600 across all its network services. more
