Greece - Accelerating Growth with 150% Penetration in Sight

The four Greek operators have now all reported Q4 2006 results. Although the 100% penetration landmark was reached as long ago as March 2004, the market shows no sign of slowing and, if anything, the rate of new connections is actually increasing. Infoquest Sells Q-Telecom Unit To Tim Hellas Holders

Texas Pacific and Apax Partners agreed to pay EUR325 million in cash for the q-telecom unit. The two companies will also take on an Infoquest corporate bond valued at EUR25 million.  more
