Anadigics has announced its new AWT6281 HELP3 WCDMA Linear Power Amplifier (PA) engineered specifically for use in 3G handsets operating in the GSM900 bands. The company said that the new power amplifier extends the operating time of 3G handsets and data cards, which is critical for successful operation using today's High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) networks. Anadigics Launches CDMA450 Power Amplifier

Anadigics has announced the availability of a linear power amplifier (PA) for the CDMA450-based cell phones and wireless local loop applications. The Anadigics AWT6388 PA offers high power and low receive band noise (-134 dBm/Hz) for performance over the extended coverage areas of wide area CDMA450 networks.
