Anadigics Launches CDMA450 Power Amplifier
Anadigics has announced the availability of a linear power amplifier (PA) for the CDMA450-based cell phones and wireless local loop applications. The Anadigics AWT6388 PA offers high power and low receive band noise (-134 dBm/Hz) for performance over the extended coverage areas of wide area CDMA450 networks. It is built using Anadigics' InGaP HBT technology. more

Avago Ships TD-SCDMA Modules for Chinese 3G Market
Avago Technologies has announced the availability of its ACPM-7886 TD-SCDMA-based power amplifier modules for the Chinese market. Commit, a leading TD-SCDMA terminal chipset solution provider, has selected the ACPM-7886 for its next-generation TD-SCDMA/GSM handset reference designs. TD-SCDMA cell phones based on Commit's designs are expected to ship in 2006. more
