Andrew wins 3G amplifier contract
Andrew Corporation has agreed, with Samsung Electronics to supply digital input multi-carrier power amplifier units (DMAUs) for Samsung's next generation 3G base station product. Andrew and Samsung are jointly developing an integrated radio-amplifier subsystem supporting CDMA2000 and WCDMA 3G air interfaces at multiple frequencies. The subsystem will be deployed in Samsung's V.5 BTS (Base Transceiver Station) product. more
