Polish Network to Expand Data Capacity
Poland's Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (Era) has awarded a contract to Nokia Siemens Networks to increase the network data carrying capacity. A total of seven companies have submitted bids for additional GSM900 radio spectrum in Poland. The regulator announced its plans to auction two nationwide licenses in June this year.
