UK based Clear Mobitel says that it has been granted a LTE license by the telecoms regulator, ofcom covering the Channel Island of Jersey. The announcement follows the JCRA's general recommendation of allocation to ofcom of radio frequency spectrum in the 2600MHz band following its consultation on use of this part of the radio spectrum last year. more
