Nokia's debt ratings have been downgraded and given a negative outlook by Fitch Ratings. Specifically, Fitch Ratings has downgraded Nokia Corporation's (Nokia) Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and senior unsecured rating to 'BBB+' from 'A-' respectively. Fitch Ratings stated today that Motorola's debt ratings are unaffected by the proposed sale of its Networks division to Nokia Siemens Networks. The Rating Outlook remains Negative. Pro forma for the results of the recently concluded tender offer, Motorola's total debt was $4.9 billion, including the assumption of a fully drawn $1.5 billion revolving credit facility.  more
