Only a third of existing smartphone owners would consider a Nokia product when they next change their handset, reports a YouGov survey. This is down on 46% who would have considered Nokia as an upgrade option last December. Nokia to Upgrade Handset Production at Romanian Factory

Asian Handset Vendor to be First with Symbian 3 Based Phone
