MTS's Indian Network Awards Contract to Sitronics
Russia's Sitronics says that is has won a US$22 million Mobile Number Portability contract from India's Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL) - which trades under the mts brandname. The contract has been signed to provide for the geographical expansion of the FORIS Billing and CRM system, implementation of the Signaling Transfer Point (STP) platform, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) solution, as well as Managed Service around the solution. more

Intracom Telecom Wins Supply Contracts from Russia's MTS
Intracom Telecom has won two frame contracts worth US$45 million in total, for the supply of its point-to-point (Intralink) and point-to-multipoint (WiBAS) radio equipment to mts Russia. The duration of both frame agreements is 12 months. more

Intracom Wins Armenian Network Contract
Intracom Telecom, a part of Sitronics has signed a US$24 million contract with VivaCell-mts (K-Telecom), Armenia's leading mobile operator for the expansion of its GSM network. Under the terms of the contract, Intracom Telecom will provide Infrastructure works, Installation and Integration services, in cooperation with Alcatel-Lucent who will be the main equipment vendor. more
