Russia's Scartel (trading as Yota) has launched a Mobile WiMAX network within the Sadovoye Ring in moscow and at the Vassilyevsky Island and Petrogradsky District in St. Petersburg. The entire Yota core transport network is powered by Cisco service provider technologies.  more
