LG to Embed Social Networking Application into Indian Handsets

RockeTalk, a provider of mobile social applications, has announced a partnership with LG Electronics India in which the RockeTalk mobile social networking application will be pre-loaded on all new LG KT610 and KF750 (Secret) mobile phone models. Mobile Operator Revenues to Top $1 Trillion in 2011

In 2007, operators worldwide generated more than US$800 billion in mobile revenues. A report from Portio Research now expects this to to reach US$1,094.9 billion by year-end 2012, growing at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 6.4 percent. The US$1-trillion mark is expected to be reached by year-end 2011.  more
