Hutchison Taps NeuStar for Yahoo! Mobile IM Service
NeuStar says that it has provided Hutchison 3G UK with the necessary software to bring Yahoo! Messenger instant messaging (IM) service to 3's mobile customers in the UK. 3 chose NeuStar's Mobile Messaging Gateway solution to implement the roll out of Yahoo! Hutchison 3G Italy has selected NeuStar's Next Generation Messaging Services for mobile instant messaging (IM) in Italy. NeuStar's IMSC (IM Service Centre) and MMG (Mobile Messaging Gateway) will allow 3 Italia subscribers to see whether their Windows Live Messenger and 3 Italia IM "buddies" are online, and to communicate with them in real time. more
