Three UK Launches Unlimited Mobile Data Tariff for PrePay Customers
Hutchison 3G UK (Three) is launching an unlimited mobile data tariff for its PrePay subscribers, who top up their accounts at least once a month. There are two options available - "All in One 15" costs £15 and gives 30-days access to all-you-can-eat data along with 300 any-network minutes and 3,000 texts. Alternatively, the "All in One 25" tariff costs £25 and offers 500 minutes, 3,000 texts and all-you-can-eat data for a 30-day period. more
BT Signs 3G Backhaul Contract with T-Mobile and 3 UK
T-Mobile UK and Hutchison 3G UK, through their joint venture company, Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL), have signed a five-year managed network solutions agreement with the UK's dominant landline operator, BT to provide links connecting 7,500 base station sites on their consolidated 3G infrastructure. more
