Qualcomm Buys Spanish Fleet Management Firm

Qualcomm's European subsidiary has acquired substantially all the assets of madrid-based Ronda Grupo Consultor, a provider in the development, establishment and operation of fleet management systems (FMS) for the transportation and logistics industry in Spain and Portugal. The acquisition allows for the combination of Ronda's local market knowledge and presence to enhance Qualcomm's European fleet management operations.  more
