Alcatel-Lucent Picks Up Billing Contract for Polish MVNO

Poland's Dialog Telecom has selected Alcatel-LucentĂ's convergent payment solution for its MVNO services. Alcatel-Lucent will also integrate the platform with the core network of a mobile network operator, acting as a host for DialogĂ's mobile services, as Dialog, a virtual operator, doesnĂ't own a network.  more
