O2 Boosts Staff Numbers by 12% for iPhone Launch
Telefonica O2 says that it has boosted its UK workforce by 1,427 people - about 12% - as a direct result of the iPhone launching in the UK. 700 new jobs will be added to customer services while another 727 people are being recruited for O2's retail stores in preparation for the phone launch later this week. more
