Emerging Markets Mobile Penetration to Rrise from 46% in 2008 to 95% by 2013
Mobile penetration rates are forecast to rise from 46% in 2008 to 95% by 2013 according to a new survey of 34 emerging market countries published by Tariff Consultancy.
