Alvarion Delivers Turnkey WiMAX Network in Burkina Faso
Alvarion says that it has been chosen by Burkina Faso's Ministry of Posts and Information Communication Technology for the country's first 802.16e WiMAX deployment. Alvarion initially deployed a network in the capital city of Ouagadougou to connect administrative offices with data and voice services over WiMAX.
