Court battle continues in South Africa license dispute

South Africa telecoms regulator, The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa has replied to a Pretoria court which is investigating the award of a third GSM license in the country. icasa, which replaces SATRA who awarded the license, is now claiming that Nextcom should now cover its legal costs. Nextcom is claiming that the award to Cell C was in bad faith. icasa says its reply also contains a "lengthy factual exposition of the procedure that was adopted in considering the application for the license,", order to refute the Nextcom claims.
