Rogers Wireless Upgrades Canadian Network Download Speeds to 21Mbps

­Canada's Rogers Wireless has commercially launched its hspa+ network in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal, clocking in at maximum speeds of 21Mbps, although the average speed is typically around 5-8Mbps. Rogers plans to expand hspa+ over the coming months to additional cities across the country.  more
