Bulgarian Operator Launches HSPA+ Upgrade

­Bulgaria's M-Tel says that it has launched a hspa+ (HSPA Evolution) upgrade to its network, offering peak mobile data download rates of up to 21Mbps. This is the latest step in the M-Tel's UMTS network development, which is in response to the constantly increasing interest and mobile Internet consumption by the company's subscribers. Japanese Operator Launches 21Mbps HSPA+ Network Upgrade
