Philippine Operator Seeks Delay in Per-Minute Billing Abolition

Philippines based operator, Globe Telecom is asking the regulator to delay a deadline for the operators to switch from per-minute billing to per-three-second charges. The operator reportedly told the regulator that it needs more time to recalibrate its tariffs to comply with the regulations.  more
