Atmel announces new SiGe transmitter for dualband CDMA/AMPS phones
Atmel Corporation has announced the availability of a new dual-band tri-mode CDMA/ AMPS transmitter. The T0345 is manufactured in Atmel's Silicon germanium (SiGe) technology and is part of the CDMA product series being developed as part of the CDMA345TM joint development project with TriQuint Semiconductor. As the new transmitter is manufactured in SiGe technology, it offers outstandingly low current consumption and a high Power-Added Efficiency (PAE) value. This, along with the power-down mode, enables longer talk time. more
