Tellabs Sues Fujitsu Over Patent Infringement
Tellabs has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against fujitsu in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and says that it is seeking both monetary damages as well as an injunction against fujitsu to prevent fujitsu's alleged infringement of Tellabs' intellectual property. more
