A class action lawsuit against a mobile insurance firm has been settled with the result that some 15,000 people will be entitled to receive a free mobile phone from two insurers. Asurion and Lock/Line had offered stolen handset insurance costing, on average between $3-$8 per month, but often replaced handsets with second hand models.  more
