Ubiquisys First to Support Impending 3G Femtocell Standard
Ubiquisys says that it became the first femtocell vendor to announce its commitment to the 3GPP's emerging Iuh interface, providing standardised communications between femtocells and the gateways in mobile operators' networks. T-Mobile's Venture Fund has made an investment in 3G femtocell developer, Ubiquisys, joining Google and original investors Accel Partners, Atlas Venture and Advent Venture Partners.
