China Telecom Orders CDMA Handset Testing Platform

China Telecom has selected Spirent Communications' C2K-ATS system to test mobile phones before they are offered to its subscribers. China Should Adopt Technology Neutrality for 3G Services

Chinese CDMA Based Subscribers to Exceed 160 Million by 2012

China is anticipated to have over 160 million CDMA based subscribers by 2012 according to a report from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The report claims that subscriber growth could reach a compound rate of 33 percent per annum over the next few years.  more
